Please read these terms carefully. They apply to all quotes, orders, fabrication, and installation services provided by Marble Fort.
All price estimates provided by Marble Fort are based on the information and dimensions shared by the customer and are subject to change upon final on-site templating.
Project timelines generally begin from 3 business days after templating; however, the actual completion time may vary depending on the nature, size, complexity, material availability, design requirements, site conditions, and other project-specific factors.
When installation is carried out by our own Marble Fort team, we take responsibility for coordinating, overseeing, and completing the installation work. If a customer chooses to engage a third-party fixer or installation team referred by Marble Fort, such installation is undertaken independently by the third party. In such cases, Marble Fort shall not be responsible for any workmanship issues, installation defects, damages, delays, or other problems arising from the third party's work.
Payment terms will be agreed upon at the time of order confirmation.
